Rene E. Niese, is a Managing Director at Bell Partners,
LLC. The firm specializes in executive recruiting
and financial search services for its clients. Mr.
Niese has over 30 years of experience in a variety
of industries. His
experience has been in business development and account
management. He develops and implements strategic
planning, business operation strategies and financial
problem solving. He has provided financial and business
crisis consulting support to clients, financial institutions
and equity investors. He also has provided
cash management and debt/equity expansion and restructuring
for growing companies. Mr. Niese also serves
as interim CEO, COO and CFO for various mid- to long-term
projects. He has researched and prepared business
valuations for mergers, acquisitions and consolidations. He
has also provided transition planning and corporate
financial planning for senior management and private
corporate ownership. Other specialties include succession
and continuation planning and management training
for key client principals.
He
is a past board member of the Associates of the National
Agricultural Library, Washington, D.C., past board
member of the Iowa Business and Industry, and past
President of a community Chamber of Commerce and
Rotary Club. He is a Certified Financial Planner
with degrees from Xavier University and The Ohio
State University and is an instructor for the University
of Phoenix Online. He served as Vice President of
an organization marketing over $600 million annually.
He has also represented an organization during the
GATT pre-trade agreement negotiations.
